In their own words
What people
carry home.
The work rarely announces itself in the moment. It surfaces later — in how a person meets their day, their work, the people nearest to them.
I've really been noticing a completely different approach to my work and my life, ever since the journey in Sintra, where I experienced the ego death. I noticed that having a knock-on effect on many other areas where there's less fear and more willingness to take risks. There's a greater sense of wholeness and alignedness with myself. I keep on tracing a lot of changes back to your Spiritual Heart Ceremony.

make peace with all the person you once were.
lay flowers at their feet.
offer them incense and honey and forgiveness.
honor them your silence. listen.
bless them and let them be.
for they are the bones of the temple you sit in now.
for they are the rivers of wisdom leading you toward the sea.
